Dear Friends,
Welcome to the first edition of news and updates from The Antioch Mission. Many of you have stood with this work for years through your prayers and your giving, and some of you are hearing from us for the first time. Either way, we are glad you are here.
The Antioch Mission exists to support Apostolic missionaries who have given their lives to carry the gospel to the nations. These are families who have left what was familiar and made their home among people who need the name of Jesus. They preach, they build churches, they start schools, they raise up national leaders, and they do it far from the churches that send them.
We have now built a page on our website for each missionary we support. On it you can read the story of how God called them, what He is doing on their field right now, and what they are believing Him for next. You can see their families and their fields in their own photographs, read their newsletters, and give directly to their work. Our prayer is that these pages turn names you have heard into people you know and pray for by name.
Beginning with this letter, we will send news from The Antioch Mission every quarter, so that you can follow what God is doing on these fields and stand with these families in an informed way. The harvest is plenteous, and these laborers are worthy of our support.
