Who is this meeting for? Full-Time Ministry and In-Church Ministry that are recognized by and have the permission of their Pastor.

What is the dress code? Business Casual/Semi-Formal (ancient Hebrew for you don’t have to wear a tie but you should look nice)

What is the cost? Your time and attention.

When does it start? Thursday, December 4th at 5pm in the main sanctuary.

Where should I stay? In all honesty, we cannot negotiate a rate cheaper than what you can get on Priceline. The Glendale/Westgate area is very nice and safe. AirBnb’s are normally a great option. (Be sure and use promo code VPC for a 0% discount)

Will there be childcare provided? Yes, but if other arrangements are possible it would probably be advantages due to our limited capacity. However, we will accommodate for all that attend.

Will there be meals provided? Yes, lunch and dinner on Friday will be provided. (This meal promise is to you and your children but not unto all that are afar off)

Other Notes:

All meetings will be conducted by the aforementioned Elders.
There will be a few split sessions for men & women respectively.
Recording availability will be limited and not for general consumption. Out of respect for the voice of these Elders we ask that there be no private recordings of sessions.
The full schedule will be made available at later date.
This meeting is not exclusive to, nor sponsored by any specific fellowship group or organization. This meeting is exclusively for those who desire the voice of these men of God to speak into their hearts. “It’s a man’s life and doctrine….”
This is not planned as a reoccurring meeting but rather as a one-time event. However, should the elders desire to do it again we will let you know.
This is not a Valley Pentecostal Church event or meeting. We are simply providing a platform and venue for the Elders to deliver the burden of their hearts.
